Widgets that visualize data point measurements (such as charts) take this time zone into account when displaying the timestamps.

You can also set a time zone on real estates, report jobs, slide shows and users. These will affect how timestamps are interpreted on tickets, reports or attendances, respectively. Timestamps will always be displayed in the local time zone of the user. If the time zone of the user is different from the time zone of the displayed object, both times will usually be displayed in a tooltip.

Restore recently deleted groups

If you’ve accidentally deleted a group, you can now restore it during a period of 6 hours. This will also restore any dashboards or subgroups that were inside the deleted groups. Read the instructions in our user manual to learn more.

Write to BACnet with different priorities

Changing values on BACnet objects from the Schematic widget will issue the write command with the default BACnet priority that is set on the respective Beetle. By default, the priority is set to 8. With version 7.31, it is now possible to temporarily change this priority directly on the priority array dialog. This allows users to write (or clear) values in the priority array on any priority. Read our user manual to learn more.

Rename system name prefix

If you ever wanted to rename a common prefix in the system name of multiple data points at once, you can now do exactly that. Select your data points in the data point list and click on More > Rename System Name Prefix, and the system will automatically detect the common prefix of the selected data points. Then type in the new prefix, and the system name of all selected data points will be renamed accordingly.

Alcedo Inhouse

On Alcedo Inhouse, it is now possible to set the time period for which data point measurements should be retained in the database. Older values will automatically be removed.

It is also possible to enable email verification, requiring users to confirm their email address by clicking on a verification link before they can log in. This feature can only be enabled on request.

Bug fixes and improvements

When new live values are loaded in a Chart widget, the current zoom level and axis position are retained.

The individual items in BACnet bit strings are now displayed with their respective label, even for live values.

When creating a new data point, the device to which it will be added is displayed in the dialog.

The amount of Modbus queries executed to load single registers for the same recording was reduced.

BACnet objects can no longer be deleted if it is a surrogate for a data point.

We added write support for the following BACnet objects: Binary Lighting Output, Timer, Elevator Group, Lift, Escalator, Staging, Audit Reporter, Audit Log.

We added support for the new BACnet event algorithm CHANGE_OF_DISCRETE_VALUE to support “change of value” events for discrete primitive data types, such as Boolean, Unsigned, Integer, Enumerated, CharacterString, Octet String, Date, Time and BACnetObjectIdentifier, as well as the complex type BACnetDateTime.

New features: Support for different time zones; restore recently deleted groups; write to BACnet with different priorities; rename prefix of multiple system names at once.

[281,279

post-22045","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog","category-release-notes
["GET
