This feature also allows users to easily set properties on data points that are otherwise difficult to import from OPC UA directly, like the unit or description of data points.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the <strong>Data Point and Filters<\/strong> page, click on More &gt; <strong>Import Data Points<\/strong> and choose the option OPC UA Nodes. With this alarm method, users are notified via phone call, and the specified alarm text is automatically converted to spoken language. This is particularly useful to highlight clickable shapes with links.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"594\" height=\"232\" src=\"https:\/\/avelon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/release-notes-shape-hover-style.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24457\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shape equipment identification<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve added a new field to the <a href=\"https:\/\/avelon.cloud\/docs\/en\/schematic\/shape-editor\/edit-shapes.html#shape-equipment-identification\" target=\"_blank\">shape configuration<\/a>. It can be used optionally to identify the equipment that the shape represents. This string will be prepended to the system name of every single behavior rule on that shape. If several users need to use the app simultaneously, or if the same user uses multiple phones to access the app, separate licenses are required for each of these. If you\u2019re running out of licenses, you can terminate old Avelon Meters sessions manually using the <a href=\"https:\/\/avelon.cloud\/docs\/en\/user\/users.html#active-sessions\" target=\"_blank\">active sessions<\/a> monitoring described in the previous paragraph. This will free up a license and allows another user to log into the app.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Document Management licensing<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free storage for uploaded <a href=\"https:\/\/avelon.cloud\/docs\/en\/document\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a> is limited to 100\u202fMB per client in accordance with our price list. If your client account has any paid subscriptions, the free storage space is automatically increased to 1\u202fGB. If you need additional storage for your documents, we offer licenses for 10\u202fGB and 100\u202fGB, respectively. Please contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/avelon.com\/en\/contact\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"\/en\/contact\">sales team<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternatively, you can free up space by deleting old files. We\u2019ve added an option that allows you to toggle the storage usage of your folders.
