Some support tasks are subject to a charge, for example analyses of bus systems, support for third-party products or project-related work. If you would like our support, we recommend that you purchase support hours in advance. The service for the purchased support hours can then be claimed within three years. On Avelon Cloud, you can check your current balance at any time and see details of work already performed.

For devices that use the Swisscom LPN, the upgrade to paid licenses will incur an additional fee of CHF 1.39/month (excl. VAT). To find out which LoRaWAN network provider your device uses, please refer to its configuration page on Avelon Cloud.
